Dear Juno,

As much as i dislike saying this, But i believe that teenage pregnancy for you has made you a little bit wiser and possibly was a enlightening experience for you. For most teenage girls dealing with the thought of having a baby while still in high school is a scare concept, one of which would lead to a hasty or rash decision which will leave them in a more emotional state because they didn't think it through. And those girls probably wouldn't have handled the situation as maturely as you and Paulie had done (well mostly you, but Bleeker did try his best to be supportive.) And for young teen couples in this similar situation, It is a rare quality to have such a understanding of one another (from being best friends to lovers through a sticky situation). But i'm going on a tangent, My point being that you are a good example both of mindset and maturation when it comes to teens that are going through pregnancy. And i hope that some day if a girl gets knocked up at sixteen, she'll take upon herself to be strong and consider all of her options instead of taking the easy way out. And if she is contemplating about having sex, well first she and her partner should think it over before doing it even though that sounds boring, But if she goes through with it then i hope that her partner will use contraceptives as well as her. It will definitely help her out in the long run of playing it safe in case of the unforeseen happening. To sum up, thank you for being a wise and mature role model and good luck in your future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Alex Whitney
